How far is the airport and what’s the cost?
Phuket International Airport (HKT) is about a 1-hour drive. We offer taxi transfer at roughly $20 USD. Add pickup when booking.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request (subject to room availability).
Can I rent a motorbike directly at the hotel?
Absolutely. On-site motorbike rental is available with helmets included. You can explore Rawai, Nai Harn, and Kata beaches at your own pace.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Breakfast is available daily — choose from Thai, Western, or Japanese sets, all prepared by our chef trained in Japan. Some room packages include breakfast; others may add it at check-in.
Do you have a gym or spa?
Guests enjoy complimentary gym access at our nearby sister hotel (5 minutes away). On-site, you can also book Thai and oil massages beside the koi pond and waterfall.
Can you provide extra beds or twin setups?
Our beds are 7 ft king-size but can split into two 3.5 ft twin beds. Rollaway beds are available for a small extra charge.
Do you have parking?
Yes, free on-site parking is available for guests, including motorbikes and small cars.
